We wish to inform that Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is the beneficial and ultimate owner of Malaysian Patent No. MY-179107-A for the invention of “Water Treatment Module, Cover For A Water Treatment Module and Methods of Treating Water“.

It means that Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is the sole and rightful owner of the above illustrated water filtration system’s design and technology in the market.

Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. has now renamed the patented product to Fontus II & Fontus III under the Alva trademark. Any FONTUS unit without ALVA logo was last supplied to the Malaysian market in 2018.

In Malaysia, Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. has authorized its subsidiary ACH Water (M) Sdn. Bhd. and its authorized resellers and distributors to sell and service our patented water treatment product. No party but Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. can claim to provide genuine/original parts of the patented products.

Effective from 28 August 2020, Blondal Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. is no longer the distributor of Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.. Neither their employees/agents/representatives are authorized to represent or transact any business on behalf of Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. for the products of LUX, ALVA and FONTUS appliances. There was never any direct business relationship between Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and Primuda Sdn. Bhd..

We offer to all customers having purchased the above illustrated water filtration system to grant them the product warranty in the event that the products are serviced by ACH Water (M) Sdn. Bhd..

Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. will not hesitate to take legal action towards the party that claim could provide the genuine/original part of the patented/LUX/ALVA product without the authorization from Lux Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd..
